Usage

PROVO is a fitness tracking app intended for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Subscriptions

PROVO Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Health Disclaimer

PROVO is not a medical device. Calorie estimates, TDEE calculations, and other metrics are approximations and should not replace professional medical advice.

Limitation of Liability

PROVO is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
